Circus is in town

Woolworths cresta is a joke, I called the store and waited almost 7 minutes on hold, I was just transferred from one place to another, I called the second time and was told that I will be transferred to a manager and the call cut, Once again I called to be transferred to Richard their "apparent" manager, I mean why do people have to beg for good service?? With a store with such a high reputation and prices, You would think they would less likely act like the circus. It was so frustrating this morning merely to get availability on an item, Woolworths you need to realize that many of the big stores are closing down, You just asking to be closed down, You on the right track with this attitude.
