Chocking Hazard in toddler's Food

It pains me to write this complaint because I love Woolworths and the high quality the brand stands for but this is infact my second experience with health-threatening food I've purchased from Woolworths food.

In the first incident I got horrible food poisoning from a beef sausage roll pie i bought from Woolworths Lakeside Mall. It was so terrible that I was hospitalized and put on a drip. And still i didn't log a formal complaint.

This time, I bought my 18 month daughter an Apple Crumble ****in from Woolies Food Eastrand Mall and whilst feeding it to her I spotted a big piece of egg shell in the the ****in. To my horror, i forced her to spit out what was in her mouth for fear this shell could cut her miuth or worse, choke her!! My daughter is alive, thank God but this is unthinkable!

Come on Woolies. It seems your Eastrand branches are dismal when it comes to food quality!!
