Chips gone bad

I went to Woolworths in Kromboom road on the 10 June 2017 I went for my weekly shopping. I bought a few packets of Woolworths hand cook chips. So as it's a woolies brand I gave my daughter a packet of chips to eat as a snack on the 12 June 2017. She is 5 she chocked on a piece of chips, and I thought she ate fast but only after I had to force it out to see it was a hard as stone piece of patatoe, or at least that's what I think it is. So I called the call centre the agent tried her best to assist me and was very nice, however she said they will get back to me after a few days after they investigate the matter. Investigate what exactly they can come get the packet that I kept. But to think after my 5 year old chocked on their chips which they charge so much for and after they brand their products so that us the consumers can trust them this is what I got after being a loyal shopper over the years this is their way of getting to my concern. Thanks alot Woolworths and I will not buy those chips again you not a bad store but I expected souch more. I don't blame the shop nor the agent I blame your manufacturer as my daughter could have chocked.
