Chinese low quality shoes

I have been a loyal customer to woolworths since I could walk .

I have always associated the woolworths brand with quality. So spent more than what I usually buy on shoes to get the best bit sadly after only 8 weeks they start coming loose at the glue seems. I put this complaint off for weeks but now that it is raining in Cape Town and I need shoes that the rain can't get into made me disappointed enough to write this review. If you would like to restore my customer loyalty what are u willing to do .
