Chicken not cooked thoroughly. Poor response and service. Disgusting!!!

About a week ago. Due to loadshedding we decided to purchase a chicken from Woolworths Mall@Reds. We got home just before the power was due to go out. I prepared the chicken. Cutting it up and in doing so discovered the chicken was not cooked properly. By then it was too late to do anything. This chicken was supposed to be cooked. I purchased it that afternoon and had it in the fridge at work until get home. You can't recook chicken if it's hasn't been cooked properly the first time. You can get very sick from it. An email with pictures attached and proof of payment was sent to Woolworths customer care. A response saying we will get back to you as it will be brought up with that specific department. To date. Still no response. No call no nothing. It's terrible that such a big company cares so little for their customers. We will not be supporting again. Disgusting.
