Chicken not cooked and still in blood at woolworths

Recently bought woolworths full barbeque chicken and only to get home and find it not cooked and still in blood. Customer service both at store and management level is very poor and of no assistance. Had to wait 3 hours to get hold of a manager and one manager ask me to keep the chicken in my freezer and bring to the store when I do come through again even knowing that listeriosis is around. Managers don't even know their email addresses. This is terrible and one week going and woolworths still has not resolved this. The only response I get is that happens cause the chicken was larger.
