Check your Till Slips / Not being Charged Discount

On visiting Woolworths on my last 3 occasions at River Square, Three Rivers I have either been overcharged or not charged correctly on discount prices.<br> 2 x Ham for R30 - Charged R21.99 Each (2 x Incidents 16/01 and 16/02)<br> Nescafe Alta Rica Coffee, Price on shelf R85.95 charged R87.95 (2x incidents 9/02 and 16/02)<br> Bag Lemons, Price on packet R39.99, charged R41.99. (9/02)<br> <br> On complaining to the above branch, I feel it was handled in a very unprofessional manner and with a lot of arrogance. Regarding there policy if the incorrect price has been scanned, you get the lowest price item FOC. I only received 1 x item FOC. (Overcharged on three visits in a period of One Month)<br> <br> Principal to all this it is wasting my time to go into the store and complain, not treated professionally. Phoned Customer Help Line 16/02 spoke to Nathan and still no feed back. How many more people are being done in who don't check there slips.<br> <br>
