Cheats and *****! Shocking!

<p>We visited the coffee bar for a small meal and some coffee. First of all we arrive to 2 of the most rude staff members behind the coffee bar. No smiles, no greetings, no manners and overall just rude! We ordered 2 hot beverages and then decided to rather sit down for a small meal. Two waiters walked past us twice without any acknowledgement or any 'we'll be with you now'. Then eventually we got a very nice waiter who was very helpful, the coffee was good but the problem was the food. We ordered one flat bread toasted cheese which was good and we ordered a gourmet toasted cheese on ciabatta. The gourmet cheese was first of all a lie, they sent a regular toasted cheese. One cheese! Not the multiple cheeses as advertised! When queried, they said they had run out. Why try deceive a customer? Why not come tell me it's finished? I find it highly ********* and appalling to lie and try trick me into thinking that is what I ordered. Finally I'd love to know where the manager was? Out shopping? Every time the waiter looked for the manager he had to tell us he/she is out? Why isn't the manager at their position doing their job? I am highly disgusted by this experience and what makes it worse is that it isn't the first time that my family have had bad service from this exact store! I would like something to be done about this. </p>
