Cheap material washed off. I want my money back

I purchased a faux suede blazer at Woolworths back in June for over R700. I wore it about 3 times and washed it for the first time in July....boy the thing washed off as if I was cooking it. All of the color came out , after it was dry it looked 10 years old. I immediately took it to Woolworths that same day, 17 July 2021, the devious manager at Adderly street Woolworths told me I need to bring proof. Where am I supposed to get proof of something I purchased back in June?????? I escalated to head office via their complaints process, all I got was an apology. I went to Bayside store about the same issue , the suckastic manager called Kevin there coughed to my face first of all, and told me to got to the Ombudsman if I like as they don't have proof that I bought the blazer at Woolworths at all, and that right now it has reduced down to R200 so I'm lying if I say I paid R700. I asked them to check first reduction price and date of that reduction, they said it was first reduced on the 29th June to R500 then August to R480. My argument is that if Woolworths reduced this on the 29th June and August....why are the managers telling me about R200 back on something I paid over R700 for? It's washed off, I took a video of it the day i washed it. The video shows the water gone completely dark brown. What more should I do? The manager in Bayside mall foolishly told me that I have no other choice but to keep it as I have no proof. The blazer has a Woolworths label on it....and they fully know that I bought it there but still I must prove myself or keep this trash?? This is unfair, I want them to take their cheap material and give me my money back please
