Charging extra, for what??!

I thought I lost my card, blocked it, but found it later. Did not order a new card when I blocked it. When I went back to see if I can unblock my card, they advised me it is not possible. Must order a new card and they charge me R50!!! For what? I have been a cutomer for over 10 years and this only happened once. Making money out of your customers by all means. Shame on you. Not acceptable!!!
