Woolworths is charging me more than what the National Credit Act (NCA) allows for

All woolwoths credit insurance policies charges more than what the National Credit Act (NCA) allows the act allows for R 4.50 per R1000 but Woolworths charges R5.50 per R1000

I have brought this to Woolworths attention on the 24th January 2026

Till this date they have not responded to my query despite noumerous attempts to get a response
