Charge half the delivery fee if not all items are provided

Dear WW, How does it happen that you charge in full for the delivery fee if you cannot deliver/provide all the items I've ordered? Seeing that I will then still need to drive to the shops to buy the items you did not provide. Just thought it is fair to then not charge the full delivery fee since you forse me to still drive for groceries.
