Changing Free-range chicken thigh espatadas with non free-range chicken breasts

Despite fierce competition from other brands, Woolworths seems to be replacing the Free-range Chicken thighs & sundried tomato espatadas with NON free-range chicken breasts without consulting long-standing loyal customers. The free range chicken thigh espatadas are impossible to find!! WHY are products being discontinued without consulting loyal customers? I may as well then go and buy from Checkers which sells the same non free-range product at 20% less... I contacted the customer care line only to wait THREE days before getting a tardy response that they will forward the complaint to the poultry department. By the time that department decides to respond, I would have been back from buying from Checkers a couple of times. Woolworths take note...you are on a slippery down-hill slide....other brands are taking over your market due to your arrogance, tardiness and lack of consideration. Consider why your clothing, kitchen and linen ware are not selling...your food offerings will be next. Go and read the Moneyweb articles posted over the last two months...
