Change of email address/unsubscribe function

Woolworths - I have changed my email address at least 10 times using your unsubscribe function when I have received email from you. I have now taken to totally unsubscribe as I got no joy in the changing of address and still a month later emails keep coming... useless!! Why don't you have a \Change preference"function like so many other companies?"""
