Change broken store card

I went to change my broken woolworths card and ilanga mall and they said I must go to riverside cos it's slow by them. Question is y becos I wanted to change the store card and I buy by them all the times. That's unfair I think. So I will continue using my broken card by them and they must never dare tell me that they can't scan the card. The person was unfriendly.
