certificate of service

On Monday I called the store i was working at and ask for HR manager i asked her if can she write me a reference letter, her repond was i can only get that from head office she gave me numbers to call. i did and the lady i was talking to said the letter must come from the store i was working for. I then called her again and give her the feedback and she said she was still going to ask if that was possible, then she asked for my numbers saying she will call back but she did so i called the next morning and she said the only person who can do that for me is the manager i was reporting to. now the question is was i working for the manager or the company? Because now the managers i was reporting to are not working at that store anymore, I then asked a different manager from the same store he did it for me without complaining. She said the only thing she can assist me with is certificate if service but now i need it i asked her to do it for me she decided not to respond my sms's I guess she is ignoring me now. I just wonder if that's what she is doing to all ex woolies staff.<br>
