Cell phone ****** out handbag

I went into store in George in town to have a look at the special items which is in a very small space, 2 people cannot be in the same isle. Due to this my new phone was ****** out of my handbag by a guy that bump into me in the small sale space. I went back to view the camera footage, however the store manager saw the man next to me but cannot see anything. In the store are a lot of securities standing around not doing what they get paid for. The value of my phone is R6900 which is gone in a quality retail store which is shocking. Please look into this in order to refund me for my loss.
