Cell phone repair not repaired

I have been waiting for them to return my phone which went in for repairs for the second time in March guess what it came back unfixed after waiting so long and a manager by the name of Chantel at Cavendish promised me an investigation I'm still waiting since and that was beginning of September

I'm really really fed up now I don't know why I'm being given such bad service where is the difference now
