Caterpillar found in my Vegetables!

I purchased a vegetable mix on the 5th of December. It was one that you pierce and cook in the microwave. Once I had taken the vegetables out of the microwave I proceeded to eat them, only to get half way through and find a LARGE Caterpillar which had by then been cooked. I have emailed and complained and have heard nothing but excuses about not recieving my pictures regarding this matter. I find this totally unacceptable! Firstly the prices you pay for Woolworths, you expect better quality. And secondly, you never get a response, and the matter is brushed under the carpet. I am very disappointed in the service I have recieved. This is so bad for your brand image Woolworths!
