Cashiers with attitude.

I shop at Woolworths at least twice a week. Usually it’s by the trolley and I pay the premium as I enjoy the customer service. This is the second time a cashier with a chip on her shoulder needs to make herself feel special and assert dominance on a simple shopper.

I was shocked when by my surprise a cashier demanded I take out my items from the basket? I had been standing in the express queue for over 30 minutes for 5 items. This has never happened to me at Woolworths and yes I enjoy the basket unpacking as why on earth do I need to do it if you going to scan those very same items. Yes other retailers do ask and hence I pay the premium rates at Woolworths. I come to Woolworths, pay double, stand in a long queue and now I must get an attitude on the month end shop for a quick pop in for 5 items. **** like this makes me say stuff this and if you want to treat me like the rest I’ll go shop with the rest.

Woolworths I suggest your sort your service out. I pay for this and if it’s not going to happen I’ll shop somewhere else.
