cashier with an attitude.

on saturday 16/05/2020 to get a gift and some food items. As i get to the tills i am meet with a cashier with an attitude. her name Dimphom i think, who did not greet or ask me for my details (cause she did not want to shaw me her tag). i asked her to spray some sanitizer on my hand so that i can sanitizer my cell as my card details are on it. I am told rudly by her, telling me that she cannot hold my phone to scan it. i got to do it myself. i then asked her how am i going to use her scaner which is on her side and i cannot see it. she then went on and on that it is wooolies policy that she must not toch my phone. long story short i could not scan the cell and she had to do it herself. when it came to taking my money then she did ot have any problem, the monies was not sanitised but that was fine to handle. i went to the manager to complain. i was told that she need to hear the cashiers side first. so we get to her again and she speaks to her and then csays to me you are right she has an attitude. i am so feed up with all of this. in this stressful time there are many people who dont have a job and this women has an attitude like she is doing me a favour. most of the staff at cresta woolies feel they owe us (not sure what). you can ask anyone are cresta victory park how is my attitue and all the ladies love me at that store.
