Cashier refusing me to pay my balance

I am very disappointed at the service I received today at Woolworths savannah mall. I chose the items I wanted when I went to the cashier. She asked me to swipe my card. When I told her I also want to pay from the card the installment, then swipe again using my Woolworths card. She then refused and told me my card is not showing if its for Ms or Mr. I asked her that why cant she verify my card and id number she rang the bell and called her boss Martha. After wasting so much of my time I was told to que at customer service. I got angry and left the items I was supposed to purchase. such behavior from Woolworths staff is very disappointing
