Cashier refused to serve me

on Saturday 14th March at approximately 1.10pm I was waiting in a long queue in the basket section of the food section of Woolworths Fourways Mall, when i eventually go to the cashier, he refused to serve me muttering that the basket queue was a 5 item queue. I had 6 items in my basket, however, i was not aware that it was a 5 item queue, there could be a sign, I'm not sure where as my experience is always 10 items or less in a basket queue. I was so shocked that he refused to serve me and deeply humiliated as the shop was packed. Customers behind me where so shocked as well that a lady offered for me to go in front of the queue for the trolleys. I was so embarrassed that I didn't want to push in front of anyone else so i dropped my basket and left the shop. I didn't argue with the 'man' behind the till( i cant call him a gentleman) as he had already drawn lots of attention to myself and i was actually in a state of shock at not being served. I'm not in a hurry to shop at Woolworths in Fourway Mall with this experience fresh in my mind.
