Cashback

I was advised by sraff to download the woolworths app because of the great rewards and cashback. After spending i was told you need to spend 6k to get cashback. I spent 6k only to find out today you need a woolworths credit card to get cashback or i need to win it. How does this help the normal person who does not have a credit card?. I emailed you guys about it and you sent a generic response about vouchers.
