Cash not given for Refund

I bought an item online and unfortuntely the item is big. On return the item to Woolworths Wonderpark I am advised that I cannot be refunded with cash nor back into my debit card as it is a Capitec acc. This is a ******* I paid with cash but refused a refund in cash.

This is not on!!!
