Cars cancelled before I even used it

I have a Woolworths store card so I decided to get a credit card with them. What a mistake! I had to go to 3 different stores just to get ny card, once I finally received it they told me all was good and I could use it within 1 hour. <br> I paid money into this account as well.<br> A while later when I tried to use it, the card declined which I knew couldn't be because I had paid money into it and not used it! I went into the store where they told me it had been cancelled because I did not send proof of residence.<br> absolutely ridiculous! I gave all my paper work before receiving the card and then suddenly they had blocked it! <br> I spent more than 3 hours in the store on separate occasions and I still keep getting different stories from everyone employed by Woolworths in the credit card department.<br> Worst service with a card I have ever received and no one seems to know what to do
