Carnival mall Woolworths unfairly treatment with the customers

Today I was @woolworths carnival mall,I wanted to take out the lay-bye and I forgot my ID but I had my lay-bye slip but they refused to help me,but the customer who was Infront of me ddnt hve the slip but had the id with her but she was helped to take out the lay-bye.so I feel I was treated unfairly because she also didn't have her slip with her but the manager boitumelo help her but to me she said she's following procedure.so what about the deposit I payed so nobody cares About that money I payed.
