Card closed

Woolworths decided to just close my account without notifying me now I have to wait 14 days for the card to be open. I do not have 14 days &no money money to buy Christmas clothes for my kids now.been paying the card religiously and no one bothered to tell me the card was closed. I don't have 14 days can my card be opened immediately please.
