Caramal cake bad value for money from woolies

I'm a regular Woolworth shopper. I bought my daughter a caramal swirl cake for her birthday at willowbridge when we wanted to cut the cake the caramal was hard and the color of the caramal is dark brown instead of a caramal color. We couldn't even enjoy my daughter favorite cake on her birthday how disappointing I have these high standards for Woolworths but this is just unacceptable. We didn't touch the cake it's still in the same form as we bought it.. I'm so disguising and waiting on a response.
