Car guard packing food at tills

<p>At WW today the car guard Daniel was at the till packing my groceries into bags. This was in view of the manager (or I assume he was). Friendly and full of smiles as Daniel was, I felt very uncomfortable with non-WW person handling all my food. His packing was not great - he overfilled them and the bags tore, I don't blame him, he has not been trained? Does he know cleanliness standards? Would WW reimburse damaged items? Nhlodi my teller was patronising when I was trying to work out if he was WW staff and why I had been singled out, they gave the name of a different company he worked for.. she said to me that it was OK, as he was there to help customers..?? I don't blame the guy for his efforts, but just feel if WW needs the staff, employ the guy through the correct process, give him a uniform, and pay him for the job? The experience damaged my impression of WW standards. Awkward and a bit unsettling.
