Cant seem to open a store account and no one knows why

I have been trying to open an account for the past 2 years and it is unsuccessful. my credit score is clean and beyond excellent. I have purchased a home but i cant seem to get a store card. when I phone no one knows why because it doesn't show. last phone call someone was going to get back to me as they are also confused as to why I cant get an account till now. Am I blacklisted with Woolworths? I just need to know so I can not attempt to try again. I am very disappointed about the lack of attention my query has been handled.
