Cant log in my app and i have sent many quiries

How unfair it is that every one is able to open and use their Woolworths app and i cant. i am told that they are fixing this, or consaltant will call me but till this day. It's been 3 weeks now and now i cant buy online or enjoy online sale. What a poor online service. It's frustrating and starting to annoy me because i have been sending them email, inbox but nothing all they says is that they will update me😭i dont know what to do anymore
