Can't fix a simple problem, what a WasteWorld (WW Stands for)

Truly unprofessional. Phoning call centre, visiting WW desk, and no one can fix a Gr-R problem to enable my access my account via WW APP. After being promised that all in order, no I can only see MySchool card only and I can't get vouchers as been sms'ed. truly waste of business. The worst online and App services ever.
