Can't close my account

I paid up my Woolworths account but keep getting billed for insurance after I asked them to close the account. Phoned their collections department. Spoke to Flora, totally *********** and rude. Sent email on Monday morning, no reply. Just close my account so I can be rid of you!!!!!!
