Cannot use my woolworths card

Today i went to woolworths at Sandton,i did some shopping,and it was time to pay,gave the cashier my woolworths card and it decline,after declining at the till,the superviser was called,took me to financial department,i was told to provide my ID and my 3months statement to prove if i can afford it,i have been using this card for the last 3/4 months buying and paying with it.I felt so embrassed,disappointed and livid,don't feel like shopping there anymore,woolworths sucks.
