Cannot return item for another as packaging was not delivered as it should have been. It arrived as explained. After emailing them they don’t care. They have not responded. Very disappointed with this service. No response no nothing.

Good Afternoon URGENT RESPONSE REQURED: I am most upset with the service from Woolworths. I have always bought and still do and continue to purchase either in store or online. However today my son wanted to exchange his Christmas gift (as my daughter suggested I purchase this item for him) but it was not the one I wanted. I bought the item online and it was delivered by the courier. Apparently the reason for the no return is that it is missing a plastic cover or plastic wrapping. Which it did not come with. It arrived in the courier packaging and I then wrapped it in Christmas paper. My son does not want the money. In fact the item he wants is the same value. All we want is to exchange it. Please can someone assist. I have copied and pasted the original purchase order below. I am currently still in Clanwilliam and my son is now in Cape Town. PLEASE can someone assist or do I have to BEG on Hallo Peter….. Its not a threat, its just I have spent R1795 on something that he will not use. So I would love for you to be able to assist me like you have done before. In 2021 I ordered 2 bra’s among other items and only one arrived. WW had no problem assisting me then. No contact delivery

When our drivers arrive at your delivery address, they have been instructed to ring the bell, and stand back at a safe distance. As a precaution, during this time we will package your order in bags so that you don't need to handle any delivery containers. The drivers will place the bags at your door and wait for you to answer. The driver will then record your name, with the date and time of delivery in front of you, so you won't need to sign any paperwork. You then collect your items and head back indoors; the driver will take any delivery containers and head off.
