Cannot purchase for half month

Can you believe Woolworths my wife went to go and apply for a new card at Woolworths at the glen and wanted to purchase goods there after we app**** for a new card she was told that she would have to wait for 15 days for a new card okay thats fair i though but when i asked for a tempary card she was told that she could not get one. What one finds confusing is that the woolworths at Columbine Square manager said that he would issue a tempary card. Now i ask you which institution would prevent their customers who has all thier identification and has been a customer for YEARS from buying? Come on Woolworths this is not good!!!!
