Cannot provide

After i have been to x3 of their stores requesting an item ,they cannot provide they have this item in warehouse but they sent me to x3 different stores after waisting my petrol ,they still cannot provide this item ,their staff is utterly useless they do not want to assist,i want to give them my money but they refuse to take it .
