Cannot complain about customer service as there is no service to complain about

Understanding of the request just shows how oblivious the customer service is understanding the request. I ask for a detailed statement and given a credit statement instead. I have asked for this numerous times with no satisfaction. Somebody does not know the difference between " how much credit "and "balance outstanding ". I want to close my account, but want to find out how much I still owe.
