Cancellations are Impossible

Been trying to cancel my store card account since i found out it started debiting me and havent been able to get it canceled to this day. Called their help desk and get placed on hold then nothing. Pretty ridiculous service in my opinion. Why is it so difficult to cancel this card?

I dont recommend anyone get a store card.
