Can't create banking profile

I am trying to link a banking profile to my WW Black Credit Card. I called on Monday evening and asked to be talked through the process. The person helping me said that she was knocking off and gave me some initial advice and said I should call back if I needed more help. I got to the point at which I was supposed to received a SureCheck number on my phone and, although the last 4 digits quoted were correct, the SureCheck code didn't arrive despite waiting and requesting it again. I tried again on Friday. I completed the screen asking for the credit card number, pin, agreement to Ts&Cs and the code number in the block required to progress to the next stage of the process. Pressing the NEXT button got no response at all. I called the call centre and the person couldn't help me. He said someone would call me back but they never did. Sunday I am trying again and again I can't get past the Next button on the fist stage of the process.
