Hello Peter :)<br> <br> yesterday I saw this dress I like and noticed it had a 20% discount on it not reading t/c - as I was about to pay for the dress - the cashier ( Octavia ) enlighten me on the special they had on dresses and that if I took a second dress it would be cheap, she took me to the dresses and I picked a second one I adored only to find that for both dresses I were to pay R600 but because I had the rewards card both dresses totaled to R366. <br> <br> this is what I call client centricity, I appreciate her and hope all your staff are as efficient and helpful like her.<br> <br> Thanks<br> Zama
