CALL CENTRE IS USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Did you know your customer service and call center sucks? You can now review this complaint on Hellopeter.com. To access this complaint, please log into Hellopeter.com with your company credentials. To reply to the complaint please access the correct form or press 3 to speak to a consultant who will put you on hold for another 15 minutes before cutting the call!!!! It takes almost 2 minutes of listening to **** before getting through to a consultant! REALLY? And then they 'transfer' you...yeah..to the elevator music and the 'did you know' section where you will be on hold for EVER before the call just gets cut!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I'll take my business somewhere else thank you.</p>
