Call Centre Agent complaint
I would like a call back from a manager that is in charge of the Woolworths Call Centre ***. I spoke to call centre agent around 16:30, the call centre agent definitely accessed my profile it was concerning a delivery. Please review this call before calling me back and I’ll leave you to decide if this is the type of conduct Woolworths condones agents to speak to customers that are irate by not receiving their order. After her threatening to cut the call she did so I will await feedback on the complaint i lodging regarding your call centre agent.Siba has promised to call me back the agent who has promised to provide details of this disgusting agent.

01 Dec 2023, 18:01My order was placed on the 24th Nov today’s I still await my delivery. I received a msg stating my order was to be delivered on the 27th Nov. When I called the call centre on the 28th to enquire about no delivery I was told that my address was incorrect?? Funny enough the very same delivery address was used for the order received by Woolworths on the 24th November very strange!! My order number O*** please id prefer you cancel this order as your app doesn’t give me the option to, cos frankly I’m actually tired of your ****py service this far. Thank you don’t bother.
