Cake was horrible

Went to Woolworths Campus Square on Sunday, cake says BB 29 January, however it was stale, dry and you know when its like that, it crumbles. Thing is Friday I bought Lamingtons at Woolworths 1 Discover Place, awesome..... Yesterday I bought cake at Wooltworths Cresta, devine.... What is sad though is that I called Woolworths CS yesterday and was told they would call me back, I'm still waiting, says a lot doesn't it....
