Cafe W Willowbridge - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

<p>went for breakfast and coffee - extremely slow service and skeleton crew on duty. Cherry on top - was forced to pay TWICE for meal as first card payment "did not clear our system" even though I received sms from bank to say it did. Staff (from till person to coffee shop manager to store manager) not all that helpful. Had to go from coffee shop across store to clothing side to look up "non payment" on computer THEN BACK to coffee shop to make SECOND payment. YES, I HAD TO PAY TWICE FOR MY MEAL!!! Will most definately NOT be going back to Cafe W Willowbridge, I can get better service at a packed Shoprite store. Not an experience I associate with your brand!!</p>
