My 20 year old was signed up for this "insurance" and was debited, while being unemployed for 2 months after being signed up at the Woolworths store he worked at. They dont allow the debit order to be stopped on the banking app. R210 for a car, death and hospital cover for a 20 year old? When I called in to ask for a refund I was told they cant refund because the cooling off period has expired. My son does not even know what a cooling off period is? They don't email these insurance docs but send an sms with a link. They are robbing our kids and Woolworths are in cahoots with them
