Buy bulk and save.. gone off strawberries

I have purchased strawberries from woolworths at the Glen for a function.. almost all the strawberries were very soft and unusable for the function. Whatever could be used I used n discarded the rest.. I reported this to customer service and all they could say was that I didn't bring back any strawberries and there is nothing they can do about it. Atleast an apology would have been nice, but nothing. I paid the extra money to buy at woolworths instead of pick n pay because I thought it was worth it, I did not expect to serve soft mushy strawberries
