Busy talking

Very unhappy the cashier and packer at the food section busy talking, doesn't even greet or say goodbye after sale. Because of all the talking didn't pack my two pairs of slipper socks. I phone for them to check, they find it and I have to go all the way back to pick them up again. Is this the service woolworths wants to deliver ??
