Business Practice questionable!

Woolworths business ethics is questionable! I am a loyal paying customer if theirs but might take my loyalty elsewhere! I recently were asked for sensitive documents and I had given them one set and suddenly they wanted another set. When they only needed one set of documents. Their correspondence stipulated one set and when I questioned them I got a decline in credit! They promised to call me but no one did! I am still waiting. One really expect more from Woolworths and their supposed quality service!
